YNS Fun Friday Challenge….

Hi All,
Here I am again posting for the wonderful Your Next Stamp and its Fun Friday Challenge time again.
This loveable little puppy is called Blossom and he is one of their digital stamps.
I started by printing him out on card stock at about 3" high and coloured the image using my Copic Markers. I love the jolly little birds dancing above his head. For the background on my coloured piece, I used the Tips and Tricks technique you can find HERE.
The complimenting background paper is from a Jack n Jill paper stack from Prisma Marketing.
All adhered to a 5" x 7" craft card stock base.

Wish Book...

Hi All,
This morning I had an epiphany, and thought I would run with it.
I wanted to make little booklets for my Stampin' Up customers to write their wish lists in.
I started with some discontinue paper patterned paper and ran it through my
Card Base Pop 'n Cuts die(130099),
folded it in half and inserted the tabs in the slits.
In order to make the leaves to the booklets,
I cut 5 sheets of copy paper to measure 4" x 9" and folded in half to measure 4" x 4 1/2.
This allows for 10 leaves single sided and 20 double sided. I then stapled the leaves to the cover at the spine.
I used various colours, stamps and ribbon to decorate the front cover.

A Masculine Card...

A friend asked me to make a card for his buddy's 60th birthday.
These two guys took a motorcycle trip through Africa a few years ago and that inspired the map in the background.
I started by partially stamping the World Map background stamp in Slate Grey on a layer of Whisper White card stock. I then stamped various images from the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set in Summer Starfruit, Midnight Muse and Cherry Cobbler in a random manner. The motorcycle and dust image is from the Rev It Up stamp set. Finally I stamped the sentiment from Just Sayin' and cut it out with the matching Word Bubbles framelits dies.
All product are from Stampin' Up.

YNS Fun Friday...

Hi All,
Its another Fun Friday Challenge over at Your Next Stamp's Challenge blog.
Following the Sketch on their blog,
I came up with this using one of their adorable
This image is called Tobi with Pinwheel.
I started by printing the image at 3" in word on a laser printer and then coloured it a combination of Copic Markers along with Pencil crayon and gamsol.
I die cut it out using a circle Nestabilites die and added background colour with Tim Holts distress inks. I cut the pinwheel separately and popped it up using foam squares.
I've had this patterned paper stack Carolyn Gavin from K&Company forever.
I then layered all on to a 5 x 7 card base of pink Recollections card stock and added a bow.
