Stampin' Up's New Thinlits Card Dies....

Hi There,
Stampin' Up has come up with another innovative idea.
The new Thinlits Card Dies.
These new dies cut and score in one step to create a flip card.
And it works like this.
Label Card Thinlits Die (133479)
Circle Card Thinlits Die (133480)
Click on this image to see the flyer.
Each set comes with 9-10 complimenting dies.
Think of all the possibilities.

She Believed....

Hi All,
On Gina K's Stamp TV this week, she demonstrated this
Garden Background technique.
So I thought I would give it a try.
I got out my Fabulous Florets(123027) & Bloomin' Marvelous(Sale-A-Bration) stamp sets from Stampin' Up and went to task at it.
I stamped the various flowers using a combination of Blushing Bride(119786), Crisp Cantaloupe(131176), Strawberry Slush(131178) and Pistachio Pudding(131177) for the leaves. The last three colours are
Stampin' Up's 2013-2015 In-Colours.
The sentiment is a stamp from the Feel Goods(129684) stamp set, which I stamped in Baked Brown Sugar(131174) and layered on to a piece of white which I sponged using Strawberry Slush and die cut using the Labels Collections Dies(125598). I used my Paper-piercing tool(126189) and Festive Paper-Piercing pack(127857) to get the stitching effect around the Strawberry Slush piece.
I then sponged(101610) a layer of Whisper White(100730) sponged using Pistachio Pudding around the edges and adhered it to the Baked Brown Sugar(131296) base. I wrapped garden background piece with 7/16" natural Trim(129287). The button was made using Simply Pressed Clay(130685) and Button & Blossoms Molds(131272)(Love this stuff!!), and I tied a bow with Linen Thread(104199).
