FCCB #114 - Memorial Day

Hi All,

The challenge over at the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog this week is to make a project using the color red plus anything that makes you think of Memorial Day (ie. a flag, military symbol, or poppy).

I cut the card base from the Wild Card cricut cartridge. The tan and red circles are cuts from Accent Essentials cartridge. The coloured up this poppy image from Gina K's - Hugs & Prayers set with my Stampin' Write markers and the sentiment is Stampin' Up's - Define Your Life.

Memorial Day is not a Holiday we have here in Canada, but I want to wish our neighbours to the south a Good day.

Girly Wishes...

Hi All,

My sister asked me to make her some holiday cards.

This is one of them

This image from Stamping Bella is not a christmas stamp,

but it lends itself to the season because of her boots.

I used my Copic Markers to colour her up.

The present she is holding in her hand is not part of the image.

It's from an old stamp set I had in my stash called Happy Presents.

(Unfortunately, I think its discontinued and I don't know what stamp company.)

The paper is from Teresa Collins collection called Christmas home.

All the supplies I used are listed below.
