Magical Day! My first video post...

Hi All,
I've had this stamp set forever and have done nothing with it 'til now.
The images are so fantastic.
If you look close you will see many smaller images
with in the main image and I love that.
Because of the fantasy like element I thought it looked magical...,
hence the sentiment from Stamping Bella, "Have a magical Day"
The ribbon is a package of 12 that I picked up at
Winners and the button is from Zellers
Hope you like it!

"Spooky Time"

Hi All,
Another great challenge from the Fabulous Cricut Challenge blog.
I started out with the Ornamental Iron Cricut cartridge,
using my Gypsy, I welded an A2 size rectangle to the 2 gates.
I wanted it to look like the viewer is looking through a gate.
Theresa Momber over at Crafting the Web
has some great tutorials on how to make scenes like this
by masking off and applying ink with sponge applicators etc.
I used various distress inks from Tim Holtz.
I cut out the bats from the Wild Card Cricut Cartridge (pg.68)
The scary house stamp is just a $1.50 stamp from Michaels.
The picture below shows the sentiment hanging on the gate.

#82 – Purple People Eater

Hi All!
The challenge over at the Fabulous Cricut Challenge blog
this week was to:
'Create a project with the colour purple AND a monster or bug on it'
I love this little snail & frame from the Live Simply Cricut Cartridge,
and I thought it would be great for a belated birthday card.
The little bling on the eye and the ribbon are from our local Dollar Store.

#81 – Décor and More

Hi All,
I'm coming in just under the wire with this.
Over at the Fantabulous Cricut challenge blog this week,
the challenge was to "Create a project to hang on the wall".
I had a hard time with this one, this week because I usually make cards.
But today was my sister's birthday,
and yesterday she had asked me to make here a wreath for her front door.
So I came up with this
A detailed close up below.
I used my Gypsy Wonderings cartridge to cut out all those leaves
from Stampin' Up! card stock and designer papers.
I also ran some of the leaves through my cuttlebug using the script embossing folder
and then sprayed them all with Perfect Pearls Mist.
The ribbon was given to me on a gift I received,
I added a button and some twine to finish off.
